• Question: Is there any way to effectively stop climate change?

      Hi Erika,

      I don’t think we can stop it because of the blanket of Greenhouse gases already in the atmosphere but there are things we can do to help…here’s list from the US Government

      We cannot actually stop it, but we could slow it down massively by decreasing our use of fossil fuels. At a personal level, we can keep recycling, try to walk or cycle or get public transport more often than driving everywhere, and not litter.

      We need to change our ways-more wind and solar energy, electric cars powered by wind or solar-more bikes. Agriculture is a big challenge need to stop our animals from producing methane gas

      Great answers below, which I dont have much to add to!

      Basically to slow climate change down we need to stop waste energy generated form fossil fuels.
