      A regulator job is fairly challenging especially when it comes to a topic like genetically modified organisms (GMOs). It is a very political subject in the EU in particular.

      The best thing about my job is getting to interact with young people. I get to teach the scientists of tomorrow which is an enormous privilege. I also get to read about and take part in scientific developments that could one day be life-changing which is pretty awesome.
